I love the hotel staff. No matter what kind of staff, when we checked in or returned from going out, we were greeted and served in a friendly way, and listened to our requests patiently. However, the room is the smallest one I stayed in this trip, but it has all the facilities, the bed is soft and comfortable, and free hot tea and coffee are provided. The air conditioner is very comfortable in Paris where the temperature is above 30 degrees.

The hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming, I had a lovely receptionist with long dark hair (unfortunately forgot her name) also Saran alongside the rest of the team who were all very approachable and made me feel at home. The room was outstanding and bathroom was lovely and very spacious, everything was clean and fully furnished with bonus coffee machine, TV projector and natural sunlight coming through. The hotel was situated close to popular Paris places to visit such as the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musée d’Orsay the beautiful Seine etc and was very close to the train station and had very good transport links to these places. I absolutely loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back for my next Paris trip! I rate it a 10/10 :)

Cosy & comfortable Like the high ceiling & wide window overlooking down the busy streets which I enjoyed watching . Closed to all amenities: shops, market,restaurants , laundrymats & others. Love the breakfast seating area attached to the premises as you come in & I enjoyed it very much during our stays , & the friendly staffs especially Maj. They provide free cold water & hot drinks(coffee/tea) 24 hrs - serve yourself

Well unexpected to be satisfied from 3 stars hotel .. stayed 4 nights and wanted to stay more! everything was excellent Nada is super kind , always happy to help and asking for every details of the hotel guest about their accommodation to be perfect Karim is super friendly, always smiling and kind as well! before Paris i was in Prague and stayed in 5* hotel but wasn’t really satisfying me as my stay in this hotel Cleanness 5* location 5* ( only 12 euro by uber to Tour eiffel ) price affordable for solo / couple traveller p.s : i’m often in Paris .. but definitely will book this hotel again , again & AGAIN Highly Recommend

Lovable service, always helpful! The breakfasts were delicious, coffee and tea available 24/7. The room was small but it had everything you need. Towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gels, hand soap and much more. There is a very good restaurant next to the hotel where you can have lunch or dinner. The district is calm and safe which was the most important thing for us. Great public transport, you can get anywhere you want in a short time. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and greetings from Poland!!!

Loved loved loved the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful - this really made our stay! I requested a room high up so we could maybe see into the city - our requested was granted and this made our stay feel extra special so thank you! Lovely, cosy little room :)

The experience was great. Marie at the reception was so sweet, kind and attentive! She recommended us a place to go for afternoon tea and helped us with the booking. I also loved the complimentary hot chocolate, coffee, chocolates and croissants that the hotel offered. The hotel staff were really friendly. It makes a difference.

I liked the position of the hotel, easily accessible, in a calm area. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in anyways. I came to paris for an interview and i needed a calm room.They were very helpful to provide it ( thank you Karim). I also get to chat with the receptionist before my meeting, they helped me to release my stress before the interview. Thanks for the joyful stay. The bed was very big and comfortable.

The hotel is awesome! Everything new, clean! Service is amazing! Location is ideal and close to main attractions of Paris. It was my birthday and I was soo surprised to see compliments from hotel, fruits, sweets, balls and personal postcard with best wishes written by director of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing, big choice whatever you need. I will be back definitely! Thanks a lot, you made my birthday so special.

The breakfast was quite expensive 18€/person, but it was elegant and everything needed. The breakfast staff lady was attentivelly taking care of that everything was at the table. The breakfast room was small, but surprisinly it didnt bother in the morning. It was clear from the first glimpse, that this cosy and elegant hotel is high quality. I warmly recommend this to anyone.
